Each day team of bartenders explore available seasonal products to bring the most natural experience of drinking a cocktail or infused vodka. We believe that limitations coming from working only with natural products brings more creativity than taking the easy way. The minimalistic interior design relates to the name of the bar, signifying clarity and purity of the ingredients. Interior as cocktail are hand crafted, sometimes rough at first sight but with exceptional subtle and loving experience.


Our house specialty – Klar Sour – that’s our own take on Vodka Sour cocktail. We use homemade vodka infusion on local, seasonal fruits and we always use egg white for creamy & subtle texture. As we house more than 50 different infused vodkas we will always find one that suits you – sweet, dry, spicy – we have them all.

Ordering Espresso Martini in an intimate bar we will often hear the story over the counter…a story about a worldwide known model entering Freds Club in 1983. She asked Dick Bradsell to make her something the will “wake me up and fuck me up”. Dick without a second of hesitation made a fresh espresso, grabbed coffee liqueur, simple syrup and bottle of vodka. Hard shake. Strained into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with coffee beans. And here it was, the first Espresso Martini.

Pornstar is a stylish and confident drink, it’s pure indulgence, sexy, fun and evocative. Once it made it’s introduction to our cocktail card it stayed there forever. What distinguish our Pornstar from others is the homemade approach – we process natural vanilla fruits by infusing sugar with its extract. Such approach gives subtle & natural finish.

Cocktail workshops for any occasion: bachelor & bacholerette parties, birthdays, or corporate events. Workshops are designed as an introduction to the basic rules and techniques that apply to making cocktails, in order to provide some simple knowledge to take away and build awareness about cocktail culture.
