After 8 years of modernization, the Museum of the Kampinos Forest was reopened on June 24, 2024, in Granica.
The park has acquired a new firefighting tractor to help combat fires.
The park is home to around 350 deer, which can be spotted almost everywhere, including in pine forests, woods, meadows, and even near villages. Additionally, there are around 6 lynxes, which are solitary and elusive, and wolves, which have made the park their permanent home.
The park has a Science and Nature Monitoring Team that conducts important and valuable research in various fields, including hydrology, meteorology, botany, ornithology, teriology, chiropterology, and mykology.
The park offers designated areas for grilling and campfires, making it a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts.
